Hi, I’m Jules
I’m a neurodivergent coach specialising in ADHD/AuDHD, burnout and life coaching. I support people who feel overwhelmed, stuck or unsure what to do next, helping them find ways forward that actually work for their brain and their life.
My work combines professional expertise with lived experience. I’m neurodivergent myself and the parent of a neurodivergent child, so I understand both the personal and practical realities this can bring.
Before coaching, I spent 25 years working in global organisations as a corporate consultant and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging programme manager. I now bring that experience into my work as a start-up builder, alongside my one-to-one coaching practice.
My approach is warm, practical and neuroaffirming. I don’t believe you need fixing. I help you understand how you work best with your strengths, and build simple, sustainable ways of moving forward.
I work with clients in English and Spanish.
How we work together
Free discovery call (30 minutes) we talk about what you're finding difficult or what you’d like to achieve and whether coaching feels right for you. There's no pressure to continue.
Start with what matters most we focus on what feels most important or overwhelming right now.
Build strategies that fit your life simple approaches designed around your brain, your energy and your routine.
Adjust as you go coaching adapts to you, not the other way round. If something’s not working, we’ll find the right way together
Most people work with me for 3 to 6 months, with sessions every 1 to 2 weeks. My fees are flexible and accessible.
